  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

🔁Exchanges

 

To make an exchange:

 

  1. Return the original item following the return process.

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

 

This ensures the fastest service and stock availability.

 

🇪🇺European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

For customers in the EU, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

 

To qualify:

 

  • The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

💰Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval status.

If approved:
